I established in an earlier strip that Beast would be camping out by the second-hand bookstore. Knowing Belle would inevitable show up and he could apologise for screaming at her.

Buying books or libraries do not make for a healthy solution for fights. -But he did apologise, now they both need to act upon their apologises and not just leave them as words. Actions are the truth after all.
