Where to begin...? I did a painting back in April called "The Reader's Hideout". I had rendered the character in DAZ studio and then painted over the 3D render to make it match the rest of the image, but was never entirely satisfied with the result. So, well, here's another take. I think the younger girl fits the drawings in the windows better and I added a few more details here and there.

Wow, this is really incredible! I love how you painted it, too. It has this lovely look of a storybook illustration. And it has all of these lovely details, and yet the viewer's focus is still perfectly drawn to the little girl thanks to the framing and wonderful use of light. This is the kind of image that is so interesting and so well done, it makes you want to know the backstory. Super, super job. Can't say enough!
