Secret Snack

Not all memories from Nes' time as Mistress Alrenna are enitrely bad. There was one rather important (mostly kitchen) servant who took a liking to him and occasionally allowed him to sneak into the kitchen, hide behind the table and have a little snack. Usually some fruit or a slice of bread and if he got really lucky, a small piece of cheese. Much more important than having a quick bite, though, was that this gave him a few moments of peace and quiet, without having to be on his toes.

I strongly believe this very same lady had a hand in his eventual escape, but how, I haven't pried out of the half-drow boy yet.
