Alone in the woods at sunset by Morgoth883 Alone in the woods at sunset by Morgoth883
Ive been having mixed feelings today; going from feeling very happy to suddenly feeling very sad. However, this has had the effect of inspiring me to actually draw something, and this was the result. We went for a walk in the woods today, and I had the colour orange on my mind.

Heh, Admittedly I did finnish these trees very quickly, but I had to experiment with how I was going to do it for quite some time first. Alot longer than itt ook to actually make the picture XD

Orange has always been a very strong and warm color that shouldn't be misunderstood. The way you used orange in this picture really pulls off the atmosphere and feel, which is very well done. Warmth is awesome to play with. But it's funny how this picture looks cold as well. The trees cause this, I guess. This makes a good balance between warm and cold.. it's great!

Wow, thanks ^^ Youve actually given me the idea of playing with colour and temperature. I might have a go at trying out a few things to make hot and cold and stuff!

I like the glow & the colours... I think it might've been better if the tree in front was sharper/more in focus. Still, I like how it looks...

your absolutly right. I may try this picture again, but with reference of actual trees and, as you suggested, a sharper tree in the foreground.

That would be neat :) But use the same style, the way the trees and things are rendered is what I like most. ^^
