copyright infringement - commercial

hi morgan-lou

it looks like one of your images is uploaded and posted (cropped, no credits, no links) on tsu, a new social network with a monetization concept and therefore the user makes money also with posting your photo. tsu pays 90% of it's revenue to it's users depending on their activities (posts, comments, followers).

s3.amazonaws.com/tsu-productio…

you have to decide if you want to report this as a copyright infringement. we recommend to report it. many users on tsu post the work of photographers without permission and often without giving credits and no links and they make money like this.

you can join tsu e.g. by clicking on: www.tsu.co/ccomg_gmbh or www.tsu.co/karllouis

after you have joined search for user "Sinisa Majetic" and click under the photo on "more" and then "report".

you can also email to support@tsu.co .

let me add that tsu is a new network and has some plusses already which could change the social media world. they are also working on a new system that will be a help for artists to manage and protect their copyrighted work.

best regards,

karl

I created an account and wrote on her page and of course reported it!  How stupid she is!  I have to send her the bill for 2 weeks exhibition of my photo without any credits!!!  I can't believe people have the guts to steal my work and pretend it's their own.. this photo is a real success for unscrupulous thieves all around the world.... hope she understands English though arghhhh......

Sinisa Majetic is a well known copyright infringer from Google+.
On monetization based networks like tsu or 3tags it is then getting difficult for such people.
Photographers usually do not like it when others make money with their work.

When you reported it already it should not take longer than a few days for tsu to remove it.

Thank you Karl to let me know!  This photo seems to get me so much hassles, it is stolen on a regular basis!  I already sued someone from Indonesia who was selling it unscrupulously. Yes, of course I have to report it and post a DMCA report.  I should even bill the thief for the time he used it actually.

Do I really have to join to report??

Do you have an account ?

Yes, you can report it by clicking under the photo on "more" and then "report your intellectual property".

People like this "Sinisa" guy usually don't react to comments and messages.
I have him blocked on Google+ for months already.
I do not have time for such losers.

It seems that he has a very antisocial behavior, borderline and psychotic for not even reacting to my messages. I hope that the founder will now take measures to remove my work and give him a lesson for his anti social behavior. I sent him a private message on his Facebook (Sebastian from NYC)

Who ever posted your photo on the Women Living Well website on Facebook, credited the actual website they GOT it from, which is andoverit.blogspot.com ----> andoverit.blogspot.com/2012/12…     I'll let you handle it from here Morgan.  Your photo was posted on their website back in 2012. I just love the way your watermark has been removed on the bottom left corner.  Anyway, good luck to you my sweet friend.

That's very beautiful~

I don't know if you're aware but your photography of this is uploaded on Tumblr (and Weheartit). I actually found you because I saw the photography on Tumblr and I notice that it wasn't source at all. I wanted to reblog it but I don't like to reblog things without putting a legit source on it. So I went on a hunt to find where the lovely photography originated. I saw that you dislike it being copied, edited, etc., without your permission. I respect your wishes and I didn't reblogg it.

I just wanted to let you know that your photography is up on those sites. I don't know if those people asked for your permission but I thought it was the right thing to ask anyway.

No sadly those people did not ask for my permission and i know that lots lots of  my pictures are on Tumblr, i asked Tumblr to delete them but i think they are so many of them.  Please could you report it to Tumblr as i do not have any account, or else there is a way to contact the thief.
Maybe you could send me the links of my stolen photos?  I know there are so many...

I was afraid of that. I wish people were more respectful and not steal at all. Unfortunately I have had people steal my stories and I understand the frustration and annoyance it causes. So I will gladly try to help you out on this the best I can. I research how to get stolen work remove from Tumblr and this post is very helpful and it explains How to get repost and/or stolen artwork removed from Tumblr

Sometimes contacting the thief through their ask/message works too and they'll remove it, but that's only works if they turned on the anonymous option. Otherwise people without a Tumblr can't reach them and they'll have to resort to contacting the Tumblr staff to remove it and they will. The good thing is that a person doesn't need an account to contact Tumblr staff to report stolen work.

Here are the links of the thieves:

There's a lot but these I believe are the original people who posted your photography. But having them remove the post it will also remove all the reblogs people did of it. I hope this helps.

When I notice my work on blogs, I do fill out a DMCA report, and they know me well for that.
Thanks!
