It's Not Easy Being Green
The past year had been hard for Monty. Even with all the time past, he still remembered the flashing lights of the respawn and the elated faces of the 'doctors' presiding. The swimming confusion of the situation slapped him in the face as one moment Monty had been laying in Jack's arms, watching her cry as he bled out. That was one thing that struck him, even with the pain of death, having to watch his best friend cry knowing that he was leaving her all alone in the world pained him more and lasted even into his second life. Even now it seemed like the fog of confusion and pain from that day had never left him.
At first, the raptor wondere...

Warring with an alien race bent on retreiving a hunk of sentient metal that was supposed to have something to do with a forgotten past, he could handle. But the nightmares, the ones that were full of dark sand, a lingering ghost, and traces of something intangiable he couldn't grasp - that was what made him sit up at night and wish he could stop his heart.Sweat-sticky hair clung to the side of his face, Ratchet staring dully at the crumpled sheet between his legs. Eric asked, getting a surprised look from the larger man. He looked almost poleaxd at the question, fidgeting for a moment with the hand that was in his pocket."Yeah, if you got room for a big ol' ox like me."===He was a good hand from what he had seen for far. By William RendfeldPyro hated the tunnels that ran beneath Cybertron's cities. He understood perfectly that they were essential for maintenance purposes, that they helped to provide power to places across Cybertron, that going down into them was common enough for maintenance mechs and up, but nonetheless, he hated them with a passion. Well, not so much hated them as hated being in them . Other mechs in the security forces would no doubt laugh, but the young mech always had a chill race up and down his servos each time he ventured into them, no matter who he was with."There aren't any scraplets down he...

TF: Rest in peace, brother
Jet engines cutting out, a mechanical whirring, and a thump announced the arrival of a Cybertronian in the canyon. Red optics looked around warily as their owner reviewed the information Soundwave had given him. The signal dampener meant that he wouldn't have to worry about Autobots bridging to his location, but he still had to be on guard in case any were patrolling. They appeared in Nevada suspiciously often, but Dreadwing wouldn't suggest that their base was in the state until he had something more solid than guesses. The flier paused as he saw some machine parts that were half covered in sand. Kneeling by one, he brushed the sand away ...

Michael Sykes woke up with a glum feeling in the pit of his stomach. It was four years ago today that his best friend Sam died. The memory still haunted his dreams he could remember every horrifying detail with great, almost scary, accuracy as though it happened yesterday. It was a lovely sunny day, the birds were singing, children were playing: all in all, you couldnt have asked for a better day. Michael and Sam were playing rugby when Michael booted the ball into the middle of the road.

He scrambled to find Dinobot's hand, wanting nothing more than to throw himself over the Suarian's chest and sob his optics out, but he could hear the others approaching and he knew Dinobot would not take well to such an undignified display. As Rattrap caught the warrior's hand an brought it to his lips, Dinobot stirred and let out a soft groan, turning his head to face the ro...

It made his sick to the very bottom of his energon processor, to watch his brother grow up without him.It made him doubly sick to know that his brother could never know about him or risk them both being killed- or his brother, at least being killed or locked up for the rest of his life as a handle on the weaker emotions. It was something he had gone over a thousand times over, thinking and rethinking about it, twisting and turning it in different ways, searching desperately for some reason, any reason at all that he would be able to meet his brother.Time and time again he was stopped. Martin the warrior awoke to the sounds of birds singing. He lay on what felt like warm grass, and he felt warm dirt beneath his paws. He opened his eyes cautiously. He wasn't dead?"No, Martin my friend. You are very much dead." A deep voice resounded. Martin looked up to find Boar the fighter standing over him, not silver as he had remembered, but young and fierce. "Where . . . where am I" Martin asked as he sat up, looking around. They were in a large clearing, and surrounding them were dark woods, but through and around there shone the sun, though it was partially covered in mist. Martin couldn't tell if the sun shone from above the mis...

Jacob and Sam were throwing a ball back and forward, trying to see if they could throw it far enough their brother couldn't catch it. He looked to the two children sitting on the deck, too young to be allowed to freely run about. Catherine and Avery sat on a blanket on the porch, playing around with the hunter and ODST stuffed figures. It was funny to see them acting like hunters had never once run into a pack of marines and just stomped them all to death. A few days later, X got a report of Mavericks appearing at a junkyard. Most likely taking parts to build other Mavericks.
X arrived at the junkyard quickly, but he was quickly creeped out by the sight. There were a lot of damaged Reploids and Mechaniloids there. Almost as if it was a graveyard…
Looking around and being on guard, X noticed a strange green lanky robot rummaging through the broken parts. X approached him, cautiously, and put a hand on his shoulder.
“AAAAHHH!” the robot shouted, which was followed by X shouting himself.
“Woah, woah, woah, calm down! I request your forgiveness, sir. I had no idea you were here,” the green robot said.
“I-it’s alright,” X said. “I… I just want to know, what are you doing here?”
“I am looking to gift new lives to the destroyed robots,” the robot said. “Unfortunately, these robots are far more advanced than the Badniks. Oh, but where are my manners? I am E-117. Codename: Sigma.”
“Huh. What a coincidence. I have a friend named Sigma,” X said.

Anomaly detected. Unknown energy fluctuations. The draconic technician working for the budding Draconis Industries International glanced up from his work, a look of curiosity on his muzzle. The dragon was a strange green on green. His belly was a lighter shade with several more strips running down his back alongside a small crest. “An anomaly?” the technician muttered to himself, scooting over to his second computer. “Where?” He tapped away at a couple keys, triangulating on the power fluctuation even as it began to fade out. The loudest sound in the room was the wild thumping of his own fuel pump: a lonely sound. There were no others around to add their tempo to his. Even if there had been the resulting music would have been as harmonious as grating metal. The others had returned to their business: Knock Out trying to discover the purpose of the relics, Starscream swaggering about the warship and glorying in his return, Megatron to his command post.
That left him alone. More alone than he'd ever been. Even if the room had been full to the brim with his fellow Decepticons, he would have been alone. Soundwave's shoulders drooped minutely; his very spark shuddere...
