It's time we started a blacklist, as two cases of adopt theft have occurred (as of 1.17.16).
This is for those entirely banned from the group for irrational behavior and adopt theft/scamming.

1. Colliew - Stole adoptables from @/PotatoLuvsYou and @/ransadopts. No one has been scammed yet, but keep a close eye on their adopts and be cautious of buying from them.
2. AdoptsFrenzy - Stolen Adoptables from @/nil and @/soIitaire.
More to be added as time goes on.

So.
I've decided that since we aren't on these alt. accounts often, we're allowing auto-acceptance in submissions.
BUT, we have 1,000+ members and so I had to reduce the amount of submissions to one per day.

we had a journal of this person but since then they deactivated we deleted it
but i was wrong .. they move from their deactivated accounts by reactivating them again
( we also blocked every account that she has so she doesnt become a member )
