Saw you wanted a critique. This is tough because if you wanted your piece to look representational, then you did an awesome job. I would just say yellow does not contrast great with purple and pink. But other than that ...the textures, scratchy lines, and her eyes are really nice. If you want to paint your digital paintings more so they look photorealistic then I would highly recommend  googling Henning Ludvigsen tutorials or Linda Bergkvist tutorials. Both can help make you a better digital artist. cheers!
