Second off, do you want a hollow Fruit? Using the fruit on your character can give them the pink eather hair you had in the previous design on your CYO.

It'll be awhile before the mods moves my Hollow Fruit to your bank. Once you get it though:
Scroll down to your masterlist's inventory and click the green button that says "Manage Inventory".
Click the Hollow Fruit and the tiny green button with the floppy picture to save.
Scroll up, Find, and Click the green button that says "Apply Cosmetic Item". From there, you'll be able to apply the fruit to your character to give her whatever mutation you want.
