Yeah, I dunno why I made this. Everything just seemed to fit - the scooter, the nickname...even the hat reminded me of Scoot's adoration of Rainbow Dash.
Ah yes, the hat...I had originally made it to resemble the one from the movie but it just didn't seem to fit in very well. So I decided to do this version instead.
