The Sodor Blues - Prolouge
The Great Railway Show,
The Great Race,
"There seems to be a terrible problem with Germany's engine driver, Frieda. The competition has been held off as inspectors examine her engine careful."
Smoke bellowed from the engine as the inspectors and the helpers of the event, came to see it. Gordon, from Sodor, was about to get in the cab, but ended up burning his hand quite badly. Despite this, he pulled Frieda carefully out of the cab and carried her to the ambulance. She was loaded onto a gurney and wheeled into the ambulance. At first, Gordon wasn't sure if he wanted to go in, but he knew he had to get this checked out. The doors closed and ambulance drove off. Gordon watched the event grounds disappear behind the brick walls as they pulled onto the main road. Gordon looked at Frieda and began to stroke Freida's cheek with his non-burnt hand.
'You'll be fine. The doctors will have everything under controlled.'
