Life's complications are a dime a dozen these days. I currently am lacking the inspiration needed to maintain my steady submissions of pictures, in fact, I'm not sure what interest I have in photography at all anymore. I'm certain I'll still take photos when the time comes, but I wonder if I should've taken the time to explore other fields of interest that are a possibility to me as well.

I LOVE performance art, I wanted to be an actor when I was younger. I even dropped out of highschool and moved to New York to pursue it. I spent a little under a year walking about the city dreaming up those impossible dreams.

I know now it was quite silly of me to think I could possibly compete with all those beautiful, far more talented people.

I'm so glad I threw out those ridiculous headshots of mine.

After that I moved to L.A., not to be an actor or anything. I just wanted anything but to go back to this godawful city.

LA was fun, it was there I learned my love for dancing. Up until then I was just too embarassed to ever dance in front of people. I first picked up DDR, and then Pump It Up. I would go every other day after work and dance for hours. I think it made me a funner happier person to be with. Not to mention what it did for my health.

These days I only play about once a week. It's usually friday or saturday that  I go out to our local mall and play either in front of a large crowd of people.

I'm still the best there is around here, but I do feel a little silly dancing among kids four or five years younger than me.

Today after hanging out we were waiting outside the mall for my girlfriend's dad to pick her up. A group of middle schoolers no older than 13 were breakdancing far better than I'd ever could.

So this begs the question, am I too old to think of pursuing dreams like being a dancer of actor? Am I just kidding myself again?

BTW, did Buffy know that Spike got his soul back before the end of the series? Spike got his sould back right? I haven't had the chance to keep up with the show lately.

I sent you a note about Spike and Buffy...

As for dreams... I never had a dream worth dreaming. If you were lucky enough to even dream, I'd think it was worth going for. No matter how silly or rediculous.

At least you were brave enough to even dare to dream.

we have dreams of getting married, having kids

have kids we have to get married

to get married I need money

to get money i need a career

to get a career i need to get a degree

to get a degree I need to be in a good college

to be in a good college I need money

to make money I can't be wasting time with stupid dreams of being famous or stuff like dancing.

And I have to do all of this before I turn 30

what do you mean by that :(
it sounds sad...

life is all about figuring it out life itself and finding your center.

whether that center be a passion for something, or someone...

why before 30?
hah i have the same dreams man, of acting and dancing...

but i honestly have to ask myself if that career will make me happy
of course i dont know because i havent really tried..

so im gonna try with being an extra first... lol.. and i kno its lame but its a start, im not looking for stardom.. just see how the industry is like.. maybe if i didnt like acting i might fall in love with film making itself.. and as for dancing.. thats already a passion.. to make money off that would be great, but not necessary in my life... you could always be a back up dancer too ... i somewhat wanna be a back up singer but yeah.. dunno about a lot of these things..

but instead of thinking, just do. less talk more action.

Have you ever seen Coyote Ugly? I was an extra in that, being an extra isn't very fullfilling. It's pretty much just stand here, when we say walk you walk, etc etc.

I stopped caring about what I was doing and just ended up doing it for the money, which wasn't all that great either.

I lived with my older brother in Cailfornia and studied film with him. Making films seems more attainable than being in them. But it's still hard too.

I've always loved cinematography, what I do with photo manipulation is sorta like what the pros do these days with moving film.

Before 30 because my girlfriend says so :(

Yes I actually liked Coyote Ugly...where were you?! Well personally for me since I'm just gonna try it out I'm not expecting to be fulfilled...since i am not so much hardcore about acting yeah, I mean first off I would prefer to take acting courses, even if a shit load of supposedly good actors, in my point of view, cant really act...

Yeah I love films.

Your gf of NOW says that.

If you look at your task from beginning to end and just do it, its so much more simpler.
When you cut off all this thinking shit that we all do however human and we err blah blah, and once we get down to actually doing what we wanna/should have done...we could have done it in a shorter time, ...meaning also get more stuff covered.

BTW what are you doing up? isn't it like 7:00 in the morning over there?

Just wondering

Yeah, I never ask myself these questions until lately, it's just I'm getting better reason for debating it.

its never to late to start.

at least i think so.

but then i think of things to contradict that like a 50 yr. old trying to breakdance or a mom with 3 kids becoming a porn star. lol.

but either way, the world is gay at times, but the only limitations u really have are the ones you put on yourself.
