I guess my posting is pretty pointless considering no one really pays attention to my page. This would be the second time I put up my stuff thinking it would bring me criticism as well as buisness, and so far no success.

I guess it's really my own fault, posting my pictures at 4 in the morrning probably means my work isn't going to be fresh on the list.

So anyhow, this'll be the last time I say it.

I'm here to work on pictures of people, if you are interested in being in interesting pictures. Just ask me.

I'm really animating for the first time. I mean, it's SFM, but I've dumped some hours into my current video project. Keep moving forward, eh?

I wish I would have had the opportunity to meet you at a convention or somewhere like that. I stumbled upon your journal entries, and it was amazing to see your progression through the years.

Your work did transcend your life. I go on the internet, and I see many, many people that have been inspired by you. You were the best kind of creator. Someone that had an optimistic desperation about making work. You just couldn't stop.

Thank you for never quitting. There needs to be more people like you in the world.

"Pretty Pointless", typical of Monty. You've built yourself up, became some kind of hero for many people and died... and you kept saying that sort of things.

I wish you were happier, but at least you've made the world better. Sweet dreams Monty !

And yet now the world knows who you are. I miss you my friend. And I remember this journal entry from back in the day.

Shoot. I don't know if you'll ever find this comment
back here on your very first DA Journal entry, but's worth a shot.

You don't know me. But I have been trying to
get to know you.

Honestly, I don't think I heard of your name, like
many others, until the popularity of Haloid. In a
sense, I think that has made you unreachable.
(and yet you somehow made time to respond to
my technical questions a couple times on MySpace
and DA, which I am forever greatful for)

You have something special inside of you and I have
been trying to figure out what it is. I don't
expect you to remember my comments out of
the millions you get every day, but I seriously
appreciate your willingness to freely share your

Being that I am extremely fascinated with that
freedom you seem to have to create things from
your visions, I realized you've written a lot of

Over the last few days I've sacrificed much sleep
to go back to day one of your DA Journaling,
working my way all the way back to the current
in hopes of discovering something. I hoped I
would somehow unlock the secrets to your
success. (btw, success to me is not fame, but
more, having that creative/executive freedom)

I was anticipating getting to the part where
you started to learn about Poser and all that
other software, (you have a LOT of journal
entries btw), but as I started getting super close
the more recent of times, gaps between journals
grew bigger and bigger until 2 or 3 months go
by and suddenly you've got some new movies.
What happened? Everything has been about
photomanips and working at Kinko's (which I
totally understand those decent but crappy jobs).
Who knew your new creations would blow up
like they did?

[sigh] I really don't have anything special to
say. I think I just find myself relating to you in
a lot of ways, but you have more of a free
spiritedness/go-kick-some-arse type adventurous
thing about you that I envy.

I in a way found my big break as well. I was a
nobody in Michigan dreaming about animation, but
also making music. Music was more tangible so
I ended up on that route. Night after night of
no sleep, I finally made that sweet demo that
finally broke me into the industry. Then not
to long after, Mackie gave me a scholarship to an
audio engineering school...then I moved to San
Diego to work for the label, not only as an artist,
but a guy on the staff. It's a freakin dream job
and I should be completely happy. I get paid to
do what I love. ...but it's only a fraction of what
I want to be doing.

You are making movies that I have only dreamed
about. You grow because you don't let fear get
in the way of your success. I've had fear planted
into my very soul from childhood. (I don't mean to
compare us. In a way, that's like judging you
and that isn't want I want to do).

Dahh! I don't know what it is or why I find
myself being drawn to you exactly. I keep
making attempt to connect with you in some
way. Yet, I have no clue how it would even
be productive. We're on different paths at
this time in existence.

Deep down I have a little hope that I could have
something to offer or, something.

Anyway. Now that I probably sound like a psycho
path stalker...

Let me just say, I am very thankful to have come
across you. If it weren't for the internet, I might
never have known.

Peace out Oum. Take care of yourself. Don't
let yourself get delusional with all this success.

P.S: I'm super tired, so please cut me some
slack if my grammar is screwed up.

Your videos have captured my imagenation. I specifically brought this account back to life just to talk with you. So some good as come of this at least. I have your Haliod and Dead Fantasy videos on my computer, I was wondering if there was any way I could get your other ones like that, like the Haliod without the music, Iccuras, etc etc. I really love how you put your videos together they're so beautiful.
