You know, I think this is actually in the evening, although the mist gives it a "morning" sort of atmosphere and that was definitely my intention. Only thing is that this view is from the south (if you look at any given map of Zootopia), so the sun is actually in the west which means it technically has to be evening here. My mistake xP
