Cause Rufus has no love since 2011 so I decide to make a mod for him
Just extract ,copy and replace the whole folder "patch_ae2" into your game folder directory : Steam\SteamApps\common\Super Street Fighter IV - Arcade Edition\patch_ae2

I'll take whatever I can get when it comes to Rufus and this looks really well made! Rare that Rufus gets to eat good when it comes to mods.
