Cause Balrog needs some quick cash
I haven't checked the mod carefully so there might be some rigging issue with the mod so sorry about that
Just extract ,copy and replace the whole folder "patch_ae2" into your game folder directory : Steam\SteamApps\common\Super Street Fighter IV - Arcade Edition\patch_ae2
