M Bison is a perfect candidate for this mod since they share same traits as tyrannic villains as well having the same seiyuu(Norio Wakamoto)

Second color and Pandora mode include although this mod can't be customizable
Replace Lars 1st costume so these two version can't be used at the same time
As for Lars version I also included Japanese voice of M.Bison(the godly Norio Wakamoto )
