It was storming outside, a vicious storm of heavy rain and harsh thunder. Thick droplets of rain barraged the countryside, as bolts of lightning descended from the heavens and struck nearby trees. Anyone caught out in such a storm would surely be in danger, but this wasn't the case at all for the denizen of a nearby tree. Seated at the top of the highest trees in town was a large lab, surrounded by white-colored walls. Sitting inside this laboratory was a bizarre creature, who was neither man nor monkey, but both!

This being was the simian-scientist known as Jam. This menacing and mischievous monkey of malicious malleable genetics was one creature that defied the very laws of nature. The being stood at 5 feet and 11 inches tall, and possessed a body that had the build of an average human with all the defining features of a monkey. The anthropomorphized simian possessed a long prehensile tail, as well as hands for feet. Coating the monkey's flexible form was a thick layer of brown fur. This fur covered every inch of him, except for his face, hands, hand-feet, buttocks, and face.

Jam's body was immensely flexible, allowing him to bend it in ways no human form could bend. Right now, Jam was working hard on a special formula that will allow him to swap heads with anyone who looks him directly in the eyes after he drinks it! It was an ingenious and devious formula that Jam hoped to use for great mischief. The monkey stood on his hands while he poured chemicals into a vile using his hand-feet and made chattering simian noises with his mouth. Despite currently being in a hand-stand, Jam was able to maneuver his ambidexterous feet well.

Jam continued to mix liquids, not noticing that the cable antennae outside was getting struck by lightning. The immense height of the tree-mounted lab had attracted lightning, but not just any lightning. This was magical lightning, one that could alter reality in slight ways. On a television situated all the way at the other side of the lab, strange events were about to occur. Jam had left the television on the Disney channel, and the lightning bolt was causing what was on the screen to emerge in our reality.

The electricity surged through the television, infusing it with its mystical properties. Suddenly, a hand from inside the television reached out through the screen, followed by another. These two hands were tiny and had four fingers each, while also coated with soft yellow fur. Two teensy little feet emerged next, with three stubby orange claws situated at the base of each one.

The creature then pulled the rest of its fuzzy little body through, revealing itself to be rather tiny and adorable. This creature stood at about a foot tall and looked like some kind of bizarre cross between a dog, a hamster, and an alien. The creature possessed a round red-colored nose, like something you'd see on the face of a clown. It also had a pair of beady black eyes and two visible hippo like teeth that were spaced far apart. The creature matted the three tendril-like bits of fur on his head. "How did I end up back in Jumba's lab?" Asked the creature in a somewhat noticeable Brooklyn accent.

This fuzzy little creature was named Reuben, and he was an alien experiment created by a formerly mad-scientist named Jumba. Reuben was designated as experiment 625 and was renowned for his laziness. He once worked for a group dedicated to tracking down other experiments created by Jumba, but soon became a humble galley officer. Right now though, he had no clue where he was! Reuben waddled about on his stubby little legs as he wandered around this strange lab.

The white-colored walls towered above his miniscule frame as he attempted to find the nearest kitchen. Sure, he may have been in a new location with no idea where he actually was, but he couldn't neglect his best friend in the whole wide world: His stomach! Reuben needed to get some sandwiches in him, then laze around for an hour, and then find his way home. Reuben wiggled his long floppy ears about as he flared his nostrils, attempting to pick up on the nearest location of something tasty.

That's when he spotted his quarry! On a nearby table that was just high enough to for him was a delicious sandwich. Reuben waddled towards the sandwich, wary if it was some sort of trap. Luckily for the experiment, his body was built for any kind of situation. He was super strong, super durable, and extremely intelligent! Reuben slowly wandered over to the sandwich, making sure that no one was around to see him take it. Reuben made it to the sandwich and quickly snatched it up in his fuzzy little alien paws along with the plate, whistling innocently while he did so.

"Come to papa, little guy!" Reuben said in a very quiet yet excited tone-of-voice. Reuben was about to sneak off with his sandwich, when he caught a sight of something at the other side of the lab. It was the anthropomorphic simian scientist known as Jam. The monkey was still in his handstand position while finishing up the potion he was brewing. Reuben caught sight of the monkey's form, his bizarre body and one thought immediately crossed his mind: "Imagine all the sandwiches that I could make with four hands and tail like that!"

Ever since his friend Gantu had engaged in some body-swapping shenanigans, Reuben secretly desired a new body as well! He loved being himself, but he knew he could be himself better in other forms. That monkey-man form was extremely inviting to Reuben. He liked everything about it, including his height and multiple hands. The hairless rear was a bit weird, but Reuben felt as though this would be a great body to live the rest of his life in!

Reuben snuck up behind the monkey just as he finishing his formula. He poured it into a small vial and put the label "untested head-swap formula" on it. Jam smiled as he lowered himself onto all fours, before standing up on his back-legs. Reuben snuck stealthily on his stubby legs and over to the vial. He quickly grabbed the vial of head-swapping serum and held it in his fuzzy alien paw. Normally, Reuben wouldn't be so quick to resort to stealing, yet his negative tendencies were getting the better of him. After spending a lot of his time working for the dark side, Reuben found that certain of tendencies of his just wouldn't die.

Reuben took the plate with his pilfered sandwich on it and placed it next to the vial. Taking his other hand, he dumped over the vial and poured its contents onto the sandwich. Reuben then took a loud bite of his sandwich, which immediately alerted Jam to his presence. "Hey, what are you doing in my lab?!" Shouted Jam as he spotted the tiny experiment. Jam turned to look at the fuzzy yellow alien, who proceeded to look at him. Unfortunately for Jam, the potion was now surging through Reuben's veins! Their eyes locked and immediately triggered the effects of the potion.

An audible popping sound was heard as the two creatures soon found themselves staring at each other from different vantage points. Reuben immediately noticed that he was much taller now, nearly 6 feet tall to be precise! The lab looked much smaller to him now as a result of his size increase. Reuben's body was now covered in a thick coat of shaggy brown fur, which was thicker than that of his previous body!

He now possessed a long prehensile tail, as well as hands for feet! His fuzzy monkey tail sat just above his hairless behind. While the body was Jam's, the head certainly wasn't! Attached to the monkey's body was Reuben's head, which stood out like a sore thumb. The yellow fur lining his face clashed horribly with the brown monkey's fur! Reuben held his human-like hands in front of his face and grinned mischievously. "Yes! Sandwich production will be even easier now!" While Reuben seemed delighted with his new body, Jam was less than thrilled!

Jam's head was now attached to Reuben's tiny little body. Jam's fur was now colored yellow and was much softer and more well-kept than that of his previous body. His body was covered in yellow fur, while the fur lining his stomach was a lighter shade of yellow. His body was now tiny and petite, barely standing at a foot tall. His tail was small and stubby and was now useless compared to his previous tail. Jam found that he was gripping a sandwich now, which he promptly dropped as he stared at his new body.

Jam looked at his tiny little hands, which now only four fingers each. What really annoyed the former monkey though was his feet! Instead of feet that looked like hands, he had two fuzzy stumps with little claws poking out the top of them. "Darn it! I'm all adorable now!" Shouted Jam as he looked at his new fuzzy little form. "Well, you've got super strength and invulnerability now, so that more than makes up for it!"

Jam tiled his head in disbelief at Reuben. As a test, Jam walked over a nearby metal table and gripped it with his fuzzy little paw. Jam slowly moved his tiny arm upwards, causing the table to move into the air along with it. With very little effort on Jam's part, he was able to hoist the table into the air without exerting any strength at all. "Woah! I'm jacked for being so tiny!" Reuben snickered in response. "I'm glad the monkey-headed alien experiment likes it!"

Jam then proceeded to lower the table down gently. Afterwards, he crossed his petite little arms and turned around to sneer at  Reuben. "Still, you really shouldn't be stealing bodies without permission!" Reuben frowned as he uncontrollably scratched his armpit like the silly simian he now was. "Sorry! I used to be evil and it's kind of a hard thing to get over."

Jam's disapproving demeanor soon melted away as he cracked a smile. "Well... I guess I can't be too mad, considering I'm fairly evil on occasion as well! Anyways, can I keep this body forever? With strength like this, I'll finally be able to beat Pheagle in a wrestling match!" Reuben grinned as he flicked his much longer tail around. "Only if I can keep your body! I love this flexibility and the fact that I now have four hands with which to make sandwiches."

Jam nodded his fuzzy monkey head and held out his alien paw. "Sure, let's shake on it!" Reuben smiled and grabbed Jam's alien paw with his own simian hand. The two gave each other a good shake. "The name's Reuben!" Exclaimed the alien-headed monkey. "Cool! My name is Jam!" Responded the monkey-headed alien. The two then became weirdly quiet, almost as if they were both deep in thought about something. After a few seconds, their eyes opened wide and they shouted in unison: "Your name sounds delicious!"

The two then break off their handshake and smile at each other. "This has got to be destiny! Two partially evil lovers of condiments and sandwiches meeting up and swapping heads cannot be a mere coincidence." Said Reuben, as he looked down at the monkey no occupying his body. "I think you may be right! We were destined to meet and swap heads today! Or maybe, we were destined to meet tomorrow, or the day after... Oh, who cares? We got it done early!"

Jam then leapt onto the lab-coat Reuben was wearing and scurried up using his new increased agility. His tiny fuzzy body bounded up Reuben's lab-coat. Jam eventually made it to Reuben's shoulder and sat his fuzzy yellow rump down on it. Wiggling his stubby alien tail around, Jam stretched his legs and made himself comfortable. "So, my new head-swap buddy, how about we get some sandwiches?" Asked Jam as he turned to Reuben. "Great minds must think alike, because I was about to say that!"

With Jam sitting squarely on his shoulders, the two walked towards the kitchen situated on the other side of the tree-lab. While the two have swapped heads permanently, they were happy with this new arrangement! After all, they both deemed that their new bodies were better than the forms they wore before. Not only that, but they have found a true genuine friendship between each other. However, they had forgotten something important: The discarded sandwich laced with Jam's head-swapping formula. The sandwich laid there on the floor, with no one around to take it. However... There was no telling if Jam and Reuben would find the sandwich before someone else does.

The End... Or is it?
Here's a story I made for :iconvinomath:'s TF day. I know it's a day late, but hey I got it done at least. :D In this story, Jam ends up having his body stolen by Reuben from the Lilo and Stitch series. However, they soon become good friends (because sandwich lovers that are also scientific abominations have a tendency to stick together :D) and decide to remain as each other permanently! Of course, with most perma-swaps/TFs, this is non-canon. I do imagine Jam wanting to stay as Reuben forever though, considering the amount of power and durability he would have. This was originally going to be a Stitch head-swap, but I just liked Reuben better. Besides, writing dialogue for Stitch is a bit more difficult due to me needing to use a fictionalized language from the show (which is listed on the wiki BTW) So I went with Reuben instead. Also, I ended it on a "Or is it?" ending because I love cheesy sci-fi cliffhangers.

Reuben is property of Disney
Jam is property of me
And Pheagle is property of :iconpheagle-adler: AKA Teen-Wolf if he was an eagle-man. :3

And no, there is not / will not be a part 2. The cliffhanger ending was meant as a joke and I have no plans to continue it, sorry. I may do more Experiment swaps in the future, but I don't really know for sure at this time.

Pffft, I don't got to be careful, I'm an all powerful alien. Plus, I can easily just heal you using science if I break you by accident. :D

Better be careful, teleports usually end in head-swaps. :P
