Behest The Hest! (Horse Body-Swap) by Monkey-Scientist Behest The Hest! (Horse Body-Swap) by Monkey-Scientist
Jam snorted while clacking his hooves on the ground. Just moments ago, this equine was a monkey-scientist. Unfortunately, he ran amuck of a magic using dragon. and paid the price. The monkey had been riding a horse he "borrowed" from a nearby farm. The monkey's tail waved around in the wind, as the four-legged beast he was riding galloped across the plains. The monkey gripped the horse tightly with his four hands, gripping the underbelly of the horse with his hand-feet. Jam surprised himself with his ability to ride the horse without a saddle, it probably had something to do with the simian's mutation.

As Jam skirted across the plains with the horse, he eventually found himself in muddy terrain. He knew he should've turned back, but the monkey wasn't one for common sense. The horse's hooves travelled through the muck and dirt, as both the beast and the monkey riding him continued forward. While the simian was joyriding, unbeknownst to him a dragon with black scales was making his way through the muddy terrain. This dragon was of a magic-using sort and thought he could make a short-cut through the rather swampy areas outside his abode. He was wearing formal attire, but he figured that if he took his time, he wouldn't have to worry about dirtying his outfit. Besides, he did have his magic to help him out, just in case of any accidents!

The dragon hummed to himself as he patted his rather long horns. Just as he was enjoying himself, he spotted a bizarre sight in the distance. A monkey in a lab-coat was riding what a powerful horse veiled in a luxurious coat of black fur. Jam spotted the dragon just at the worst possible time. Jam haphazardly pulled on the horse's ears, as the dragon turned and spotted him. The dragon let out a sigh, and held out one of his scaly clawed hands. A purple light enveloped both the monkey and the horse, as the four-legged beast pulled to a halt. The motion of the sudden stop causing Jam to fly off of the horse, and land harmlessly in a large pile of mud.

However, the purple blast wasn't just a "horse-stopping" spell. Jam's furry simian body stood up on four legs and let out a whinny. He flicked his prehensile tail, just like how a horse would. He snorted and balled up his hands and hand-like feet into hooves. The monkey didn't care too much that was he covered in layers of mud and filth, it was like he didn't have much of a mind at all! His face bore an emotionless expression, one depicting a rather dull-looking individual. The dragon chuckled as he looked down at the snorting mud-covered monkey, thinking that he looked more like a common swine than a simian. He then looked over at the horse, who appeared to be rather awestruck at the goings-on.

The horse looked at the monkey in disbelief, before looking down at his own form. The horse's body was now occupied by the mind of the simian scientist known as Jam! Jam possessed four skinny legs, and a pair of black-colored hooves. His body was covered in black-colored horse hair, it was thicker than the darkness of the blackest night. Jam shook his rather large horse-head in confusion, as he found his long and hairy horse's tail flicking uncontrollably. Jam found that his eyes were now on the sides of his head, dividing his vision quite a bit. He turned his head to the side and found the intimidating dragon approaching him.

Jam panicked as his thin legs began to shake nervously. His let out a frightened whinny as the menacing reptilian approached him. Before moving onto the frightened horse, he turned to the monkey walking around in the mud. The dragon known as Karsten noticed that the monkey had discarded his lab-coat. Karsten picked up the muddy discarded lab-coat and then started walking towards the horse once more. The dragon then reached into his left pocket and dug around for something, just as he reached the horse.

Karsten rooted around for something, until he found it. "Ah... I have a surprise for you..." Karsten said with a mischievous grin. Jam panicked, wondering what the magic dragon was pulling out next! That's when Karsten removed a small white object from his shirt pocket, it was a sugar-cube. "Want some sugar, Black Beauty?" Jam's look of fear quickly changed into that of annoyance. "Why the LONG FACE? It looks like your heart was RACING!" Jam snorted, he could barely take all these horrible horse jokes. "Don't worry, I'll swap you back. However, you nearly muddied my favorite outfit, and that's a crime punishable by going through all five volumes of "Terrible Horse Jokes". It's the GLUE that holds us all together!" Jam angrily stomped his foot on the ground as Karsten continued to rattle off bad horse joke after bad horse joke. From this day forward, Jam know better than to ride a horse when the GODFATHER of magic dragons was near.

Oh dang, I wrote a story in the description! That's something I haven't done since 2014. :D So, this story is paced off this wonderful and very awesome pic drawn by :iconblackdragontfart: I made a jokey comment that BD turned into this awesome little sketch. I came up with the story on the fly after seeing this awesome pic! In this story/pic, Jam takes horse-riding a bit too far and ends up ticking off the wrong dragon! :D I apologize if it isn't super long, just wanted something that was short but also contained a fair bit of detail. Karsten is BD's character, and Jam is mine, BTW! I highly recommend checking out BD's art and commissioning him, as the guy does some pretty awesome artwork.

Also, Hest is the Norweigan word for horse. I didn't even know that until BD brought it up. XD
