Weather Effects - SET

Snow during the summer? Thunderstorm in the middle of the brightest day? The weather might be acting strangely on your area, or maybe it is reflection of your kukuri's inner turmoils or personality.

These effects can be applied on top of any background! You can stack up to 3 effects at once, each effect requiring its own usage of the item.

The effects must stay at the background and can't be covering the kukuri! The item can be used only after the design has been approved and uploaded.
