"You really need to stop signing me up for shows before asking."

"You would've said yes, wouldn't you?"

Kim paused, sighing and nodded, admitting to Seo.

"Yes, I would've said yes nonetheless but still!"

"Not convinced you're actually mad." Seo laughed, "You've always wanted to go to the expo, so here's your chance!"

Kim hummed to himself as he prepped Astraeus, shining his tack once more, making sure she was fully clean despite the youngsters cleaning her nearly every hour just as they wanted her to be perfect for him. And after he made sure everything was as good as it could be, he decided to do a little ritual. A little south korean superstition they did for good luck.

Gosa. This was the ritual.

Kim stepped outside, making a offering to the deities with splashing a small bit of rice wine on the ground. Then after, he cleaned his hands and made almost a "double offering" with mixing a small bit of mash and water for Astraeus, feeding her. He then put his helmet on, saying a prayer and mounted with the help of Seo.

They made their way to the warmup near the outdoor, and once it was their turn, Kim pet Astraeus, whispering reassuring words to her.

"Let's fly girl."
