** IMPORTANT**
Please go by what's listed in the stats, versus what's in the art (for hair/ear fluff/tail length etc.)! Unless otherwise stated in the "Notables" section, all elnin body types/ear sizes are considered standard. I'm making this disclaimer because there are bound to be some discrepancies between guest art and actual stats due to stylistic preferences. For example, there are a lot of elnins that look like they have the short ear trait, but do not actually have this trait. Be sure to check the traits list to confirm!

As a part of the most recent version of the group's Adoptables Terms of Service (TOS) you will need an account on worldofeyre.com to purchase a design if you win a flatsale raffle. You do not need an account to enter a flatsale raffle.

Designs will not be sold to new or inactive accounts. (Accounts under 5 months of age or accounts with no recent activity. See the Group TOS here for additional details.)
There is a limit of one elnin per person per flatsale raffle. You may enter for multiple elnin in this flaffle but only win one! If you win one elnin you will not be eligible for any elnin entered for thereafter for this specific flaffle.
You may only win one design with a featured mutation or trait throughout the course of the entire event. If you win one you cannot try for other designs with a featured mutation or trait thereafter.
If you have won a featured design already, you may not enter into a pool for a featured design in a flatsale raffle. This goes for proxies/gifts as well, though proxies/gifts are not allowed for flatsale raffles. If someone buys you a featured mutation or trait design you will be ineligible for other featured mutation or trait designs in any sales after. You can still try for regular designs/ones without a featured mutation/trait so long as you're adhering to the sale specific rules below and the rules posed on each sale independently. Featured designs will be marked in the schedules above and on the sales posts themselves.
Throughout the course of this event you may only win/claim 2 adult elnin designs before you're subject to sale specific claim/bid/flaffle entry cooldowns thereafter. (It is still possible to win/claim more than 2 adult elnin designs after respective sale cooldowns are over. *See the main event schedule post for info on sale cooldowns specific to sale types.)
If you have won/claimed 2 designs overall from this event, when a flatsale raffle opens you will not be able to enter that first raffle form. Should there be no other entrants for a given design pool after winners are rolled initially, a second form will be posted on the flatsale raffle sale post and opened for 24 hours after initial flaffle winners are contacted. That second form will be one that all users may enter, regardless of how many designs they have won and a winner will be rolled via that form.
Regular elnin in this sale will have a trade/resale cooldown of 1 month.
Featured mutation/trait elnin in this flatsale raffle will have a trade/resale cooldown of 3 months.
Cooldowns start when the design is completely paid off. That means if you pay a payment plan off later on the cooldown would start from when that last payment is received until a month later.
Proxies/gifts are not allowed for flatsale raffles. Please only enter if you intend to purchase the design for yourself.
Paypal Only~ Payment due in full within 24hrs of the artist contacting you upon winning the flatsale raffle.
