Well you need to manage it by going to your deviation and editing the group if you want remove your piece from that group.

In other words: you need to get rid off from that group by yourself. I send to you on Twitter how to do that

Well that doesn't work. I can only opt those groups out I manage. And since I'm not even member of MKPride I can't do anything

I wrote on Twitter how to do that.
Go to your deviation, on the page of your deviation find "Featured in Groups", then point the mouse cursor on the group and button with pencil will show up. Click on button with pencil and option about removing your deviation from the group.
I've tested it and it works, so you don't need to be part of administration or be member of group to remove that.
