Pokemon Movie Monster Dimension - Annie and Oakley

Meet the Team Rocket Duo of Johto Annie and Oakley from the 5th Pokémon Movie Pokémon Heroes: Latios & Latias. In this monster AU These two are both Humanoid Devils like Iron-Masked Marauder from the Fourth Movie, Celebi: Voice of the Forest. But unlike him they are 3rd Ring Devils, Where Giovanni is a 9th Ring Devil and Harrison is a 4th Ring Devil.

Much Like they are in the anime Annie the Older Sister is as Charming, Manipulative and Tech-savvy as she always is only with a bit more Devilish Flair Thrown in but she could still show a bit more Concern when it comes to the mission there on at the times and Oakley the Youngest though still on par with her sister at many things could stand to leash that thirst for both Thrill and for Power.
