Pokemon Monster Dimension - Rudy's Rhydon

This is the Rhydon belonging to Rudy of the Orange Islands in the monster AU. As a Crystal Elemental, Rudy imbues his Pokémon with the essence of a crystal, Spinel in Rhydon case. The crystalline imbuement grants him greater physical strength and enhances his inherent Type (Rock & Ground in this case), making him strong and exceptionally powerful. Unlike certain other kinds of Elementals, Crystal Elementals do not add Types to their Pokémon, but does give them the ability to use other Pokémon's Types against them. Normally I would wonder why someone like Rudy would have two Pokémon with the same types but I guess it comes in handy if the opposing trainer want' to use both Rock and Ground in there Three on three battle.
