Interesting - not the photo, which IS lovely - what's interesting is that this photo is listed on Google images as "free for commercial use" and "free for use with modifications".
I'd like to know the truth here - have you released this for "free to use commercially", or is Google images about as trustworthy as a politicians promises?
(I am looking for tasty nudes (tasteful, i mean - non-plumbing shots) to turn into digital paintings for re-sale... that's why I was on google images looking).
I DON'T trust their image designations...
On checking your usage rights, you have released it for use, but with a request for credit. (Major respect to you for doing that!)
I think goggle images needs to make that condition known.
I doubt it's worth chasing them up on it though.
