VINTAGE SUBMARINE

Something I started to doodle in a sketchbook while waiting for my car to be repaired. Finished the drawing this afternoon.  Ink work was done with a crazy cheap fine point fountain pen I bought on EBAY. It's Chinese and coat about $4.00. I did not expect much from it but it's actually quite a nice pen to draw with. The line quality is akin to the pricey and finicky rapidograph pens that I just adored in high school and college.  Today rapidographs are very nearly vintage items and getting to be a bit hard to find. The age of digital art is upon us!
