Chie, peacemaker

Well, this is the antagonist of Akira's world (gotta find a creative name for it!). My goal for him is to make a villain so good that makes you debate who is the real hero. In my opinion it's still Akira.
This drawing was so simplistic that I didn't even need to create a separate layer for lineart. And I am realy pleased with the result.
