I dont look on the home pages of deviantart much but did today and scheusslich is the word - 99percent of deviantart is just AI now and so the whole platform feels a bit dead really with - people or programs just have programs come up with the art for them - and even though the art looks nice, once you see its AI it just turns to langolier ash, even though the AI is arguably better probably than anything i could have the time to do, it still just is nothing, and with that a good bit of the fun and challenge drawing via digital art has just been stolen away. And sure i will prob keep carrying on like its 2015 for a good while, still making art for myself and others, but now anything i do that is half-decent i will have to assert or even be forced to try and somehow prove it wasnt also AI art... if anyone will even care to ask, or even see anything i do as no-one can keep up with the millions of images AI art is flooding the internet with everyday. But i will keep despite this post-mortem feeling the evaporated ghost of a world i pretend to have still some desire to remain existing in.
