Bipolar Disorder

Watercolor and colored pencil.
Thankfully I don't have bipolar disorder but I imagine this is what it would feel like. One side desolate and frozen, the other exciting and hectic. But both unimaginably overwhelming. Alhamdulillah for everything. :)

Would you be interested in making this piece available for purchase as a print?  I know someone who would really like to have this on their wall.  If not, do you mind if I use the download graphic to have a print made?

well...what can I say... Having bipolar is so chaotic. There's a book titled "Manic" by Terri Cheney (a survivor of the disorder). The sufferer can do something really extreme out of hand.

I'm dropping by to your collection of arts. Out of curiosity, I wonder why do you make a port folio with the theme of "mental illness"... I mean, how do you feel when you were drawing them in progress? Did it affect to your mood even just a little, when you were painting them?

Coz mine is easily affected by what I'm drawing, though just for temporary awhile. Smiling so wide while drawing happy/funny pictures; frowning while drawing something sad, serious, or express anger; and feeling deeply dark while drawing something emo, dark, or depressive.

Juz...wondering ^^

BTW, I think the art above could represent how Bipolar Disorder affect the sufferer quite well. You've done a really good job^^

Cheers.

Actually this portfolio in particular was very stressing to make because I tend to become emotionally attached to the pictures I draw. Especially the one entitled "Schizophrenia", because even though I don't have that disorder I really felt that I made a connection to it, and I felt so much pity for those who suffer with it.

I see... that art is deeply emotional.

planning to make some campaign to support those with the disorders using the arts? =)
