I have a question, as a writer and a manga artist who wants to publish her own manga.

How do I design effective characters? Appearance wise.

Depends what kind you want to design, there are many:cute, proud, intimidating, spunky, fluffy etc

Ah right.
Right now I'm doing a rather simple manga, I won't make my best work as my first manga because then any manga I make in the future will fall short.
I'd rather have my best manga be the last one I ever make, that way I retire with a rather respectable reputation. ^^

May I ask, what is that feathered brush you have called? And what is it used for in art?
Does it get rid of dust on the artwork or something (?) Or the rubber eraser bits if you don't want to smudge the pencil lines ?

Thank you.

I have a question. What inspires you? Alice in wonderland especially was lovely, but what inspires your art?
