A passage from chapter M, "Absolute", in Book of Storm, the holy text of the Church of Ororo on Earth-959:

"What are the true limitations of the almighty? That is the question that our beloved Goddess Storm found herself contemplating ever so often, be it while receiving the yearly tributes by emissaries from the farthest corners of her universal empire or while moving the position of stars to create new constellations in the sky, a pesky thought that there was something beyond even her omnipotence. A ridiculous thought to an almighty being who had absolute control of every fabric of this universe to its smallest molecule, having displayed that might numerous times by obliterating that same universe
so she could remake it more to her liking. A God-Empress whose domain extended to all life in the cosmos and had lasted for hundreds of thousands of years. All challengers to Storm's reign had fallen, with Kang the Conqueror and his temporal army trapped in an eternal time-loop, the Phoenix Force bounded and given as a weapon to the empress personal executioner, Doom Supreme was taught the insignificance of his supremacy, Galactique, the devourer of worlds, served only as a momentary distraction, and Thanos lost. Yet, despite all those marvelous triumphs and accomplishments, our God-Empress still didn't feel content. The answer to her problems came one late night, sitting on her monolithic-sized throne in the royal palace in New Ororo. As she observed the splendors of her grandiose imperial capital, our goddess had absentmindedly summoned and reduced planets Chandilar, Hala, and Tarnax IV, playing with like marbles in her hand. A monument glance at worlds that each had once served as throneworlds of empires that had spread across galaxies and a look at her capital give God-Empress Storm the realization that she had been looking for so long, that she needed to think bigger."

"Leaving behind an avatar of herself to oversee the empire in her absence, Goddess Storm travelled to the most outlying reaches of the universe. Upon reaching the final boundary of our universe, our God-Empress called forth all her powers, unleashing them in a single attack that would have torn apart galaxies and altered the very fabric of reality, all to create a small rift to unlock the way between the frontier of her universe and the expanse beyond. Heading undauntedly through the rift, Goddess Storm entered an infinite space filled with millions of universes, many so vast and filled with life that they made a God-Empress that had crushed multiple galaxies between her fingers seem minuscule in comparison. God-Empress had entered the omniverse, where every dimension and universe that could ever exist reside and where she would finally attain her deepest desire. She had realised that night in her throne room that she wasn't satisfied with being the absolute ruler of a single universe but wanted to rule all of them. Absorbing cosmic energy from the universes closest to her, our goddess form started to expand, growing larger and larger as more universes fell under her influence and fueled her growth until realities became infinite numbers of pearls that swirled the new monarch of the omniverse."

"Her dominion complete, yet inhabitants of most of those universes were completely unaware of their subjugation. For God-Empress Storm had forsaken the traditional methods of conquest, employing more subtle means instead. All across the omniverse, a great alteration had been made to the foundation of reality that affected how sentient lifeforms viewed their existence. They felt it in the air, tasted it in the water, and saw it in the flash of lighting. All life began to discern the presence of a truly almighty being. On countless worlds spread across unlimited universes, every scholar, philosopher and religious leader came to the same conclusion about the true name of god, all speaking the word "Storm" in the same way despite many of those lifeforms lacking the throats or even the ability to speak; all make that sound. Artists universally, be they lowly cartoonists or royal portrait painters of the galaxy's largest power, were overcome with a need to draw with their hands, feelers, tentacles, claws or other appendices an image of a dark-skinned human woman with white hair and eyes full of lighting, only aware afterwards that they had recreated the face of god. From the crystal citadels of Time Lords of Gallifrey to the dark halls and fire pits of the lord of Apokolips, from the Nightmare Realm ruled by the one-eyed triangle king of chaos to the sleeping god hidden in the heart of a planet made of metal and gears, all saw a vision of the one true sovereign of
existence and became painfully aware that they just had been demoted in the grand scheme of things."

So we have come to the final truth of our holy text and understanding known to all true believers. That Storm is not coming as the naive heathens believe, but that Storm is already here and that we all are at her mercy forevermore.

We have reached the ultimate end in the God-Empress Storm, with her becoming queen of literally everything. However, I deliberately chose a huge chapter number to allow us to revisit different points of Storm's aeon-long reign sometime in the future.
