SciAm Commission: fish

Infographic originally published in Scientific American Magazine, April 2017, in the article "Evolution at the Limit" By Rudiger Riesch

I illustrated 8 different species of Mexican poeciliid fishes. Using photographic reference material provided by the authors, which I then digitally rendered in Photoshop.
The phylogenetic tree and maps were completed by the commissioner and specialists at Scientific American.
