Oceanea is the embodment of the ocean. Her powers are water manipulation along some other elements of the ocean. Ocean can purify water also. Its why the garden grows so well. Oceanea doesnt like humans/people. She thinks they are gross cause they litter and pollute the water and land. So she isnt super forth coming/friendly.
