This might work, but not as well as you think it will. Getting this system to work 'well' will be contingent on cramming in enough Peltier modules to keep up with the heat being absorbed by the system, and depending on how much cooling you're looking to achieve you may be dumping a LOT more power than you were expecting into those Peltier modules to get meaningful results.

Thermoelectric Coolers are an ingenious application of semiconductor technology, and are invaluable for applications where you want refrigeration cycle like cooling, but lack the space or energy budget for a traditional heat pump; but they are not a miracle technology, they can no more cheat the laws of thermodynamics than a regular old heat pump can, and they are far less efficient.

The most fundamental problem that jumps right out at me though, is where you've placed the Peltier modules. Their working component is a thin flat plate of semiconductors where the actual heat movement occurs, the cold side of that plate will need to be immersed in the water, or at least have some sort of finned heatsink attached the the plate that extends down into the water.

Where this entire project is likely to hit a brick wall though, is that a traditional heat pump system like the one in any decent window aircon unit, does everything this system is trying to achieve, more effectively, and at a far higher energy efficiency, and with greatly reduced risk of mould and/or algae bloom.

Heartwing AirBox Project

In that guy's case, he thought it would somehow stop a cop from shooting him, right after he'd just shot another cop in the back and then tossed away the gun, in plain sight of an armed police officer; with no other witnesses present to actually testify that he threw the gun away first.

Diplomatic Immunity simply protects you from being charged with most crimes, it does not actually protect you from being arrested, or being deported if the hosting government declares you to be "Persona Non Grata"; nor does it stop a police officer from returning fire on you, if you fired on him and his partner first.

TBF, she pretty explicitly stated that she considers herself to be a copy of Altair Tarazawa, not the original.

It is quite fun seeing a Terminator with a distinct and fully developed personality.

And yeah, the T-800 was a truly inspired design, probably helps that James Cameron didn't so much come up with the idea for the endo design, so much as he had a vivid fever induced nightmare about it, and then set about recreating what he saw in that nightmare for the movie's finale; and the result created a legend.

Trying to accurately hit a human sized moving target with a weapon normally meant for killing armoured vehicles is never easy to begin with.

She also has two distinct advantages here, from her nature as a terminator type robot.

1. Any damage to her organic components is at most merely annoying, and usually of little consequence. Bad as it may look, if she's built just like a T-800 then her organic components are purely a disguise to let her blend in among organics; she could loose the entire coating and still be able to move, fight, and sass, just fine.

2. Her endoskeleton is all that really matters at the end of the day, and can survive a staggering amount of abuse and damage as long as she is not outright destroyed. The only areas she truly has to worry about getting hit in is the centre of her chest where her power cells are, and more importantly, the armoured socket in the top of her head where her Neural Net CPU is housed.

Judging from the damage between this picture and the previous one, i'm guessing the first anti tank shot hit her in the side of the chest which is mostly hydraulics, armour plating and ultimately expendable organic tissues, and the second shot glanced off the side of her skull, messing up her face for sure, but probably leaving little more than a fresh gouge in the metal.

Given the way she visibly needs help staying upright, i'd guess her torso hydraulics got jacked up pretty badly by the torso hit, and maybe some of her power systems got fragged up as well, but clearly the shot missed her centre of mass, so her main powercell should be fine.

One could joke about the hit to her head surely having rattled her CPU, but those things are locked down pretty securely in the socket by design. I get the impression she's just always like this, and i love it.
