I finished it today and couldn't wait to upload it 
It's *Taisiya's OC Arika from her manga "Moon Temple" (go check it out in her gallery
), or at least it's supposed to be her I've kept her usual shirt, but changed her trousers for a skirt ^^ Judging by these flowers and her overall dress, I'd say she's on a date ;]
