The Council

These four ponies make up the Phrontistery council and are responsible for the permanent and temporary citizens and students that dwell within, as well as their protection and well being.

Amber Nightlight: 'Headmistress' of the settlement and is responsible for all major decisions and leadership within the settlement. All final decisions although discussed as a council are ultimately hers to make including matters relevant to the trade, management, citizenship and overall punishments.

Xadyr: 'High Councilor' and second in command she is responsible for general day to day running and well being of all within. She manages tasks, duties and responsibilities of all ponies across the Phrontistery. She also manages the mercenary groups that work alongside the settlement in both protection and working parties.

Hammerlock: 'High Enforcer' head of the police and defence, as well as command of Ambers personal guard the 'Hall Monitors.' She enforces discipline directly as well as indirectly through her forces and is very loyal to the overal defence of both the entire settlement and all other council members.

Overthought: 'Head Professor' is responsible for the running of the settlement Academy/School as well as its teachings, timetables, students and studies. He also controls multiple expeditions that retrieve prewar artifacts and documents to study and preserve so is often not present, in his abscence his duties are split between Amber and Xadyr.

All council members, Professors and 'Hall Monitors' are required at all times while on duty to wear and maintain their own standard stabletec 'pipbuck' at all times but are also free to modify and upgrade it to suit their needs accordingly. Though the Phrontistery does not have a licensed and trained pipbuck techician all modifications and repairs can be solicited through Mercinary contract or 'Tetras' tinkerer shop for a price.
