I set the submission limit to 3 pictures per day and folder, I hope that helps!
We accept all depictions and adaptations of Tolkien's works, with the exception of works contatining elements that weren't done by the poster (screenshots and AI, although that is getting harder to identify and I don't have time to do that for every picture). I personally haven't watched ROP, but if it stirs someone's creativity and brings them to Tolkien's works, I don't see a reason to not accept it just like illustrations of fanfiction and original characters in Middle-earth.
