Minty's Icecreamery: This is my art server we're people can share stuff, not just art, they've made or share stuff that they like made by others. It's also a great way to keep tabs on my mods and comics (I do plan on returning back to those). This server also host Art Jams where everyone can draw together on a collaborative canvas!

Angel's Game Room: This is my main server where people can just come in an hang out. Play games together, watch videos/shows/movies together, listen to music together, and even participate in role plays! This server also hosts special events and is a great way to keep track of when I stream/upload on YouTube. (My friends and I are also active on here)

Originally, this was going to be a 7-minute update video, but I decided to make this a simple post instead (to cut down verbal fluff).

Let me begin by saying I'm entering a new era in my life! Several of my accounts are going through transitions and I've grown up more.

YouTube updates:

• I'll continue to do streams on Saturday (no worries about that).

• I'll be streaming Friday nights now [@ 9pm EST]! Introducing Friday Night Hangout LIVE! With this, my friends and I will be streaming ourselves playing a variety of different games and activities to the channel, some of which you'll be able to join in too!

• Clips are now displayed on my YouTube homepage! If something funny or awesome happens during stream, feel free to clip it. I'd love to see what everyone is clipping and possibly try my hand at animating some of them.

• I'm thinking of dropping edited gameplay videos all together in full favor of streaming. (It's just way easier for me)

Discord updates:

• I'll be splitting my current Discord server, Angelthegamer's Hub, into 3 smaller servers.

- "Angel's Game Room", a play on "Astro's Play Room". This will be focused on games and a good way to get notified about my YouTube streams. Will also be a good place for gamers to play together and participate in role plays.

- "Minty's Icecreamery", this will be focused on my creations such as art, comics, mods, and music (I'm hoping to get into making Lo-Fi). Will also be a nice place for other artists to chill and hangout, share art, get critiques, and collab in server hosted Magma art walls.

- Haven't decided on the name for this 3rd server yet, but this server will be adult focused (as yes, a small bit of my content is geared towards an adult furry audience. I am currently 22, despite how my voice may sound on stream.)

Art Site Updates:

• I've updated my username for various art accounts I'm on from "angelthegamer" to "Minty Creations".

• Going forward, I still plan to draw more SFW artwork featuring my various cast of characters, not just Pokémon.

• I also hope to do more comics again and mods as well.

Personal Website Updates:

• Little-by-little through out the year, I've been renovating it to look a lot nicer! Not every page on the site is finished, I still have plenty of things to go through, but it's a lot more welcoming than it was before.

• My commission page is still being worked on, but if you really want me to draw something for you, just feel free to ask in the comments below or personally. I'll see what I can do for ya. (Pricing will be roughly around $30 for a single character)

I've taken some time to reflect on life and I don't like how it's been going so far since January. I feel like I've been trapped in a web of "Minty" and while that's not a bad thing, it's time that Minty shares the spot light with others. I have so many other wonderful characters that I really need to draw more of and feel bad for neglecting. Playing Tomodachi Life recently has really made me come to terms with how little I've been drawing my other characters, even Angel and Stick Sonic. So, moving forward, I'm going to try to draw more art of my other characters, as well as upload more comics, video, and hopefully mods.

As for Minty, she isn't going away either. I'm also going to make sure that Minty doesn't drown out my other characters and that each character can shine. (Obviously, Minty isn't going away. She is my other "sona" character, next to Angel. I'm just going to make sure that Minty shares the captain's wheel with Angel going forward).

Lastly, I need to remind myself that I draw for me, not for others. The reason I create is because I love to make stuff. So, if I ever have droughts where I don't make anything for a while, it's fine. I really shouldn't beat myself up about it. I create because it's fun and I don't wanna ruin that. That being said, commissions will be opening soon, once I finish renovating the "commissions" page on my website.

Weird journal, I know. But, I really wanted to get off my chest how I've been feeling recently. I've had a lot on my mind. I'm not a "bad" person, but what defines a "good" person is also kind of hazy. I'm just a person... I make mistakes, do stupid actions, and become fixated on things accidentally like everyone else. You'll never know what I'm like if you only view me from the outside. Get to know me and you'll see that I really am a friendly, goofy, person who just loves to play games and create.

I guess that's all for now, lol. I don't know how to end this.

After a while of letting the first two pages sit with me, I finally decided that I just don't like them... I don't feel like they represent what I actually want to get out of this comic series. The second one with Spud was alright, but the first page was just... why did I think that would be a first good page?... At least, I should've waited till about Page 50 to do a page as weird as that.

I feel like I rushed the start of it. To make up for it, I'm going to scrap the first two pages and make new pages soon. I already thought about a more proper way to begin the comic, something that feels more natural and not forced and actually more family friendly... I don't know what I was thinking just rushing into it blind, I should've planned more. But, what's done is done. All I can do is apologize and start over.

The comic will also be getting a new, fresh art style as well. I've been doing an Art Challenge for January 2025 and I've really improved my art style and drawing time greatly. I feel like I can craft better looking comics now instead of what I put out before. I hope that everyone welcomes the new pages and that I didn't soil anyone's expectations for the comic too much... This comic is something I've been wanting to do for years, and I feel bad for rushing it.

In fact, before I put out the new pages, I think it would be a good idea if I introduced the characters through little character cards. Get to know them before they appear in the comic. Consider it promotional material as I work on restarting the comic.
