This person stole my name "Mintoria" for her pony, saying it's a common name.…

lol, 'common'

with some research, only less than 100 since 1880 are people named Mintoria. opposed of the 313,000+ people named Francis since the same year.. lol

I'm always on your side, cuz you're usually right. But this. I- no. You can't copyright a name. I can't stop someone from calling their oc StarHeart or WaveSong, or heck both of them put together, cuz it's their oc. Names are the one thing on this planet, that you practically not copyright. While I've never heard the name before, that doesn't doesn't make it uncommon.

I'm usually all for your opinion and such, but in a way, don't you think you're being just 'tad' over-dramatic?

I really don't want to offend you. It's just that I've seen this happen before with a friend of mine. Except it was the exact opposite. Somebody went on HER pony and began claiming it was her's and that my friend had stolen everything about her oc. I hated it. Because I knew, my friend had never seen her oc before ever. I thought she sounded like a brat. Going on my closest friend's piece of art, and start accusing her of something she didn't do? Now that's how felt, and I can only imagine how this "person" 's watchers feel about this. I see the picture was taken down- I hope she took it down because she didn't want to have to deal with the drama that came with it.

I REALLY don't want to upset you. I don't- but...I'm not sure how to tell this all without making you angry at me. I want to avoid this, but, I've been here.
