Hello mini-slash! I can't stress how much i like the new updates u have made on this VS, the VS is now THE ABSOLUTE BEST VS for windows 7.

However, there are unfortunately some minor bugs that I hope should be easy to fix, i would do it myself, but unfortunately i lack the knowledge.

bugs:
1. the minimize/maximize/close button on each window were better on old slanXP, as now there is to big space to the edge, see picture provided (pre v3 or v2, i'm not sure which)
2. the "organize" toolbar is wrong color
3. the space between "buttons" in the taskbar is to big
4. All "buttons" in the taskbar now have a thin white 1 px border, instead of how it used to be, only the active window/program having this white border. much prefer the old style.

i have provided a picture with the bugs and a comparison with old SLAN XP2

I'll be waiting for an update and I really hope this is easy to fix!

Works great, but a "active tab" button would be awesome.

So, how do I get to use that start button? I assume I would use a start button changer but there is no image file anywhere I can find with the SlanXP start button.

I can't seem to get my windows logo or taskbar working, everything else works, the windows borders, and the start menu, but these two refuse. I believe I have dragged everything into the right place in the themes folder, I also replaced the explorer.exe with the one in the download.

I have a screenshot here.... [link]

My windows logo and taskbar are not changing, they just stay as the defualt windows ones. Everything else changes, the window borders, and the start menu, but these two don't, I've dragged all the files into the themes folder properly, and replaced the explorer.exe with the one from the download, still nothing.

Here's a screenshot. [link]

Normally i don't have issues with any themes, though this one won't work in any way..
Only the start icon. (Easy with the explorer that is)

W7 7600 SP1 x64.
No luck...

How about listing where the hell you can actually get the three files needed. I'm tired of rifling through themes and seeing nowhere to download the uxtheme.dll stuff for Windows 7, except for people being incompetent dumbshits and using a fucking program to do it. I don't trust programs to do that. So please, put a link up to the necessary files. :P

hi

first of all, a very awesome work! I've tried like 30 various of themes today and this one is just perfect. I like everything... colors, windows button, start menu, the way you designed/colored windows.. is just awesome

while I understand the point of your theme is to stick to XP mode, however, I'm just curious if it's somehow possible to integrate windows 7 taskbar features on your design?

Best theme I've seen so far. It's the first time I've not reverted to the original Windows theme since it actually looked as good as the screenshots. Cheers!

Could anyone explain how to install this properly because I can't figure it out ..

(I installed UxStyle, replaced the explorer.exe, added the fonts to the font map and put the rest of the files in Windows/recources/themes but the only thing that has happened is the start icon that changed)

How the fuck do I use this shit?
I used the patcher, and moved the theme to resources/themes and replaced explorer.exe.
