How to use:
Just copy NorthStar.xwd into Skins Folder
Restart Xwindows Dock
Preferenes\Panel -> NorthStar
Recommended setting:
1. Check "Use 'Folder' icon from skin"
2. Space between icons & bottom of dock: 21 pixels
3. Opacity of icon reflection: 0%
4. Opacity of panel: 100%
5. Check "Show running indicators"
