Cross stitch Cyndaquil's family pencil bag by Miloceane Cross stitch Cyndaquil's family pencil bag by Miloceane
Hi!

So this is the pencil bag :icondufirefly: commissioned me to make.
It took 5 days to stitch (stitching on black fabric is not easy!) and 2 days to sew (I had some issues with the zipper, but all is okay now). There are larger pictures of the Pokémons in my gallery.

I also stitched the name of the commissioner in white (using Visitor font), but Cyndaquil put a ribbon on it not to show it to dA. ^^
A pencil bag like this is 18€ (~24$).

You can see the cross stitch works I sell in my etsy store here: [link]
I also accept commissions. For further informations, go here: [link] !

Cyndaquil, Quilava and Typhlosion sprites are from Pokémon Heartgold and Soulsilver Versions.

This actually inspired me to get some black Aida so I can make myself a netbook bag. 11" is just impossible to find!

Very cute, btw :)

That looks really neat as a pencil case. :)

If you're finding it difficult to stitch on black aida you could try putting something light coloured (like a blanket or a pillowcase) on your lap as you sew. That way you can see the holes in the fabric easier.

I think it's what I'll try next time. ^^
(For this one I put a lamp behind. But It could be a good thing not to be blind in the future. xD)
