Is Every Officer Jenny Ticklish?

This Officer Jenny caught wind of Team Rockets' latest schemes to steal from the town of Johto. She used herself as bait to lure out the thieves with a bag of fake money. Sure enough, the blue haired Police Officer was confronted by a Meowth and a Machamp, that scurried out of the woods to ambush her. Jenny quickly found herself hoisted in the air by the four-armed Pokémon, as her shoes flew off of her feet. The two Team Rocket collaborators then proceeded to search her bag and upon discovering that there were no rare Pokémon in Officer Jenny's possession, they pressured the woman for information. As Officer Jenny started feeling herself being tickled she began panicking and sweating. Her attempts at ordering the miscreants to stop, did nothing to convince the Pokémon to stop tickling the bottom of her feet. Unfortunately, the uniform wearing twin couldn't even manage to lift her arm to throw her Pokeball, as her armpits were just as ticklish as her feet!
