I tried ordering but first it didn't let me proceed to the payment option page even though I entered shipping address information several times, and now it won't even let me sign in to my account which I made so I can order it 
Ah that sounds really annoying. I wish I could be a little more involved with customer service for issues like this but I pretty much gave over control to blurb. If you email them they should respond within a few days. The books aren't limited edition or anything at this point so don't panic and sorry for the hassle

Hey everyone! To help Miles out and say that you CAN get a copy in the US but you'll end up paying around 29 US dollars in order to do so. Personally, I'd say it's worth the investment.

I think Blurb ship worldwide but I've heard the shipping gets a little pricey. I'm sorry about that I didn't know any other way to do this.
