Well, I see vicar of snow elves and dragon priest in Skyrim and think: hey, why I no see good arts with elven Dragonpriests?
So, this is snow elf vicarius of Alduin, may be reincarnation of Snow Prince from The Elder Scrolls series...

Also, I think draw him's servant-keeper as dark elf, summonable human form of Aspect of Alduin and may be dragonlike transformation!
