Moveset:
Seed Flare: Using the surrounding energy of other Pokemon and plantlife as well as their own, Cal emits a giant shock wave that destroys all in its path.
Hardly used, very risky. Cal usually falls unconscious after use.
Air Slash: Sharpening the surrounding air into an invisible blade, Cal slices the enemy viciously.
Sky form only, obviously.
Nature Power: Depending on the area around Cal, this move will change.
Only really effects the area around Cal.
Synthesis: Once again stealing life force of Cal's surroundings, they recover their health.
Could be used normally, or magic-assisted if a boost is needed.

    Reactive - Forgetful - Isolated - Clever - Serious - Self-Inflicted

Reactive: Cal could easily be seen as 'moody' or 'short-tempered'. They're quick to react emotionally to things, although this is usually negatively.

Forgetful: Along with Cal's apparent amnesia, they seem to forget things quite easily. If told to do something, they are very likely to forget it later one before being able to complete the task.

Isolated: Cal seems to be rather incapable of making friends, nor do they seem to want to. They hide away from others frequently, unless absolutely necessary, such as during missions. However, there are some times where they recognize their loneliness and wish they could change that.

Clever: Cal is pretty creative with their ideas, and are good at formulating plans at getting from point A to point B. This is good for certain missions and such.

Serious: They don't appear to ever laugh or smile much. Cal doesn't like to beat around the bush, and just wants everything to be straightforward.

Self-Inflicted: Much of the way that Cal is annoys them. Despite their desire to change who they are, they continue to act just as they are, creating a cycle of self-loathing.

        History
Recently, a Shaymin woke up completely drenched inside of a dense forest. They were completely alone, and could remember nothing. They knew nothing; not their friends, their family, nor themself. No name, no personality, no memories. Nothing. They spent some time by themself in this forest, exploring and contemplating who it was that they were. What their purpose was. Eventually, they found themself in the outskirts of a city, a village. When they asked where they were, they were told 'Tabira'. 

With no other purpose they could find, they joined up with the guilds under the made-up alias 'Cal'. Or was it 'Callie'? Were they even a he, or a she? The questions painfully outnumbered the answers.

        +Trivia!
    - Cal alternates between pronouns and aliases. When referred to as a he, they go by 'Cal'. When referred to as a she, they go by 'Callie'. They don't know where these names came from.
    - Cal is a witch, though they didn't know this was abnormal until pointed out by another Pokemon. This is due to their amnesia.
    - Cal's unbloomed/wilted flowers were their team's namesake, "Blackstar".
    - Cal's magic is a vivid pink in color.
    - Cal loves to watch others live, rather than create their own tales.

one thing to mention though, is that cal/lie has a pretty rigid form structure that ive already planned out :0 its like this:
