MMD/Photo-Manipulation: Can't stand the pain

Hello,

I did this several months ago but never posted it, I found it while searching for something else and I think it looks quite nice so I wanted to show it. (I also added a few touches before uploading) 

When I am stressed, sad, angry I release these emotions by making things and I made this in a moment where I was having problems mentally because of users here and things happening at home, the combination was being overwhelming...

anyway yeah I just wanted to share it since it looks nice.
