Mirrasae: Next character in the lineup to discuss is Lon, although I can't really say much about him at present, where he's only had one cameo appearance in Crenen's tent just before Key got to taste gerani and had a vision. That said, Lon was a blast of a character to write about in the novel, and it's a joy to watch him come alive visually in the comic -- especially since his Crenen name is Mysterious Girly Guy, and that concept really doesn't bug Lon much. (He's just too confident to care much about others' perceptions of him. Or so he'd assure anyone who asked. Guess we'll see if that's truly the case.)

MikoKa: Lon is another of those rare characters that Mira-chan designed, so I admit that I did struggle with him in the beginning (Mira-chan and I have very different styles and so translating her concepts is either super easy and I catch her vision right away, or I'm waaay off and have to battle with the design until we're both satisfied). For a time he tended far too close to the looks of another character from a completely different story and I had to swing back from that. That being said, I'm very satisfied with him now, and only lament having to draw him in outfits that could be classed as "a dress."
