Power Pack Heroes!
I loved this set. It was Ghostbusters with a tad of Tranformers, or even Mario Kart. Unlike the un-inspiring Super Fright Features run, this was a total win. Ghostbusters II's release re-invigorated the franchise at the time, and even the casual 11 year old observer could tell. The cartoon's animation quality and writing raised its own bar, the toy sculpts were back to being top notch... and Louis Tully!
Highlights: The weapons were cool and the line's look was dynamic. The costumes were pretty outlandish and bordering on something you'd find in a gaudy New jersey flea market, but the colors were brilliant and you can tell more work was put into this line.

Hey! GR8 work!! I've got Venkman and Janine from those! Boy-the sculpt for Janine in this lineup was the best toy version of Janine-ever!! I know--I've got 2 other Janine figures!! 
Personally, I like the original toy colours for Venkman better than the green and orange!
My original Venkman got a little messed up, so I got this version, and bought some blue model paint to go over the green and orange! Now I just need to take the time to paint it!
